Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga, in which a series of movements are carried out according to the flow of breathing.

An essential aspect of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is the breathing technique (Ujjayi breathing) which generates heat in the body and thus makes it more flexible. By following these dynamic movements (Asanas), the body gains strength and stamina.

The workshop is suitable for both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners.

Flow Yoga

This guided yoga class is put together from a range of yoga styles and dynamic movements (Asanas) that facilitate a smooth transition from one posture to another. The goal of this practice is to achieve and enhance relaxation and inner balance. The emphasis is not in learning, but rather in experiencing these Asanas.

These classes are suitable for people who already have experience in yoga and want to go deeper into their yoga practice.
