Clinical psychology practice
Most people possess inner resources which can help them cope with problems and stress situations. However, it is often difficult to activate these resources under stressful conditions.
The focus of my work is to support my clients to access and use their innate resources and personal experiences in order to find solutions that address their specific needs. In doing so, I will make use of various techniques that are applicable to a specific case and to the individual needs of my clients. Apart from psychological conversations, an essential part of my work is to apply an approach which focuses on life experiences. In this process, issues related to emotions, memories and experiences are activated in order to more easily achieve the desired change.
Essentially I work with
- cognitive behavioural therapy
- clinical hypnosis
- a solution-focused approach
- biofeedback
- relaxation techniques.
I support clients in the following areas:
- chronic pain
- coping with diseases
- depression
- fear
- Obsessiveācompulsive disorder
- processing of traumas
- quitting smoking
- coping with the death of a loved one
- sleep disorders
- relationship problems
- self-awareness
- weight reduction.
